Session 01
Your AI architecture
The foundation session. Using the pre-programme discovery responses, Teasl works with your team to map your current AI landscape and design the architecture for the whole programme: which projects and skills to build, which workflows to automate, and how Cowork for Small Business fits into the picture.
Session 02
Setting up Cowork for Small Business
The session that makes this programme genuinely different. Cowork for Small Business is Claude's dedicated platform for small business operations. This session gets your team properly set up, connects Cowork to the real tools your business already uses, and builds your first practical automations. This is where AI stops feeling like a chat window and starts feeling like an operational tool.
Session 03
Cowork for operations
Putting Cowork to work on the operational side of the business. Finance and admin tasks, document management, internal processes, and recurring workflows that currently consume time without creating value. Most teams leave this session with at least one automation running on real work.
Session 04
Cowork for growth
The growth side of the business: customer management, marketing, communications, and business development. Building Cowork workflows for the revenue-generating and client-facing work.
Session 05
Your Claude Skills library
A more advanced build on Skills, now that your team understands Projects and Cowork. Building a comprehensive, reusable Skills library for the tasks your team does most often, and beginning the work of rolling AI out consistently across team members who may not have been involved in the programme so far.
Session 06
Governance, responsible adoption, and your AI roadmap
A full session on the governance and responsible use of AI across your business. Policies, data handling, what goes into Claude and what does not, managing AI across the organisation. Closes with a forward-looking AI roadmap: what you build next and how you keep improving beyond the programme.
Governance and responsible AI use are woven through every session in the programme, not saved only for the final one. Session 6 gives it proper dedicated time.

Every participant receives a link by email and completes a short pre-programme discovery by typing or voice. It takes less than ten minutes. Those responses shape Session 1 and the practical work across the whole programme.

The sessions
Six sessions of two hours each, run weekly over six weeks. Cadence can be reviewed to fortnightly if that suits your team better. Delivered online, for your team or for cross-department teams within your organisation.

After the programme
