TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Office Hours Limited, trading as Teasl

Company registration number: 14247012

Last updated: 11th June 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all training services, workshops, programmes, consultancy and tools provided by Office Hours Limited (trading as Teasl, company number 14247012), referred to in these terms as “Teasl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. By booking a session, programme, or service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Teasl provides AI capability training and consultancy for small business teams, including Claude Skills Builder, Claude in Practice, Ultimate Claude for Small Business, and Let's Build a Claude Project, along with free online tools such as the AI Capability Assessment, AI ROI Calculator, AI Use Case Finder, and Course Pathfinder.

Session formats, durations, group sizes, and pricing are described on our website at teasl.co.uk and may be updated from time to time. The details confirmed at the point of booking will apply to your session.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have received your booking details and, where applicable, payment in line with section 3 below. We will send written confirmation of your booking, including the date, time, and format of your session.

It is your responsibility to check that the details on your booking confirmation are correct and to let us know promptly if anything needs to be changed.

3. Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of booking confirmation, and in all cases must be received before your session or engagement takes place. For bookings made within 7 days of the session or engagement date, payment is due immediately on booking.

All prices are shown in GBP. Teasl is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

If payment is not received in line with this section, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 21 days notice before your session or engagement start date.

With 21 days notice or more, you'll receive a full refund or we'll move your session or engagement to a new date at no extra cost, whichever you prefer.

With less than 21 days notice, we'll offer a reschedule to a new date rather than a refund.

If Teasl needs to cancel or reschedule a session or engagement for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost.

5. Digital products

From time to time, we may offer digital products for sale, such as guides, templates, or other downloadable materials.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all digital products are non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided once the item has been made available to you, regardless of whether you have downloaded or accessed it.

This section applies only to digital products and does not affect the cancellation and refund terms for training sessions and programmes set out in section 4.

6. Group sizes and attendees

Paid sessions are capped at a maximum of 10 people.

It is your responsibility to ensure that attendee numbers and details are accurate and provided to us in good time ahead of the session.

7. Pre-session discovery

Ahead of certain sessions, we may ask you to take part in our pre-session discovery process. This helps us understand your team's current ways of working so that the session can be tailored to your needs. Information shared as part of this process is used solely for the purposes of preparing and delivering your training, and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Delivery of sessions

Sessions are delivered by a Teasl trainer or by associate trainers working on behalf of Teasl. Where a session is delivered by an associate, we will ensure they are appropriately briefed and qualified to deliver the agreed content.

Sessions may be delivered online, in person, or in a hybrid format as agreed at the time of booking.

9. Use of free tools

Teasl provides free tools, including the AI Capability Assessment, AI ROI Calculator, AI Use Case Finder, and Course Pathfinder, to help visitors understand their AI capability and identify suitable training. These tools are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. Results are based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting point for discussion, not a definitive assessment.

Access to these tools may require you to provide contact details, which will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All training materials, content, tools, and resources provided by Teasl, whether in person, online, or downloadable, remain the intellectual property of Office Hours Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use materials provided to you for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use our materials to deliver training to others without our prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality

We understand that training sessions often involve discussion of your business's real workflows, tools, and ways of working. We treat any information shared with us in connection with a session as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

12. Use of third-party AI tools

Our training is built around Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic, alongside other AI tools where relevant. Teasl is not affiliated with Anthropic or any other AI provider referenced in our training. Your use of any third-party AI tools, whether during or after a session, is subject to that provider's own terms of use, and Teasl accepts no responsibility for the availability, performance, or output of third-party tools.

13. Limitation of liability

We provide our training and tools with reasonable care and skill, based on our experience and expertise in AI capability training. However, outcomes from applying what you learn will depend on factors specific to your business, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teasl's total liability to you in connection with any session or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that session or service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14. Data protection

We take data protection seriously. Details of how we collect, use, and store your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello@teasl.co.uk so we can look into it and put things right wherever we can.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or to comply with legal requirements. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in place at the time you book.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
