Office Hours Limited, trading as Teasl (“Teasl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. Teasl is the trading name of Office Hours Limited, an AI capability and implementation training business based in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Teesside, UK. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

- Your name, work email address, and company name, which we ask for before giving you access to tools such as the AI Capability Assessment, AI ROI Calculator, AI Use Case Finder, and Course Pathfinder
- Your responses to the questions within these tools, which are used to generate your personalised results
When you contact us or sign up to our newsletter
- Your name and email address
- The content of any messages you send us
When you visit our website
- Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies
3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do share information with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run Teasl, including:
- A customer relationship management and booking platform, used to manage enquiries, bookings, email automation, and access to our free tools
- A platform used to host our free online tools, including the AI Capability Assessment, AI ROI Calculator, AI Use Case Finder, and Course Pathfinder
- A service used to help us prepare for training sessions ahead of time, as part of our pre-session discovery process
- A newsletter platform, used to send our AI+ Human newsletter to subscribers
- Our website hosting provider
- Our accountant or bookkeeper, where needed for financial record keeping
These providers only use your information to help us deliver our services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also share information where required by law, for example with HMRC or law enforcement.
