Your sales data flows in from your payment platform. Your website analytics, your inbox, your meeting notes, your contacts, all the information that already lives in your business gets pulled into one place. From that foundation, your team can create content that's genuinely accurate to your business: articles, newsletters, press releases, website copy, lead magnets, social posts, whatever you need. Before we start building, we run a structured discovery process to understand your business properly. We'll have the conversations we need to get the picture right, usually one or two calls, and your wider team will complete a tailored survey designed to surface the facts, voice, and operational realities that need to live at the heart of your system. By the time we start, we already know exactly what we're building.
Your full NOAN set up
We build out your business in NOAN from the ground up: your business facts, your brand voice, your services, your customer information, your operational knowledge. By the end, your business has a structured foundation that your team and your AI tools can both draw from.
Five integrations built for you
Your email and your website analytics are included as standard. From there, you choose three more integrations to connect to NOAN, and if you're not sure which would serve your business best, I help you identify the right ones. That might mean connecting your payment platform, your meeting notes, your forms, your contact database, or any of the tools you already use.
Three live training sessions for your team
Over three weeks, your team joins three 90-minute live sessions designed to take them from new users to confident operators: Foundations and Facts, Content and Communication, and Network and Workflow. Sessions are spaced a week apart so your team can experiment between them and come back with real questions.
Recordings of every session
Sent to you by email after each session, so your team can revisit anything they need to.
A written setup summary
A clear document covering what's been built, which integrations are connected, what each one does, and the decisions we made together along the way.
Email support throughout
Reach out by email at any point during the six weeks and the 30-day review period with questions, snags, or anything that needs clarifying.
Your 30-day review
Thirty days after handover, we run a structured review. You'll complete a tailored survey designed to identify where you feel confident, where you'd like more support, and what's working in practice. I then run a 60-minute session built around your specific answers, so the time is spent on exactly what you need.

WEEKS 1-2

Discovery
We start with the conversations and information we need to build your foundation properly. You'll share the operational materials that define your business, and we'll work from those, your digital assets, and our conversations to understand what needs to live in your system.

Build
This is the build phase, and most of it happens behind the scenes. Your business gets built out in NOAN: your facts, your brand voice, your customer information, your operational knowledge. By the end of the week, your platform is live and ready for you to use.
Once your platform is built, you have full access to it, so by the time training begins, you're already using it.
WEEKS 3-6

Embed
Over three weeks, your team joins three 90-minute live sessions, one per week, with space between to experiment and bring real questions. By the end, the system is embedded in your business and you're operating independently.

Review
You spend the next 30 days using the platform independently, with email access if you get stuck. There's also the option to pull everything together in a 60-minute review session built around your own feedback.
When our work together ends, you have an AI native operating system, fully embedded in your business.

Additional team training

A full day of Teasl AI capability training. Useful if your team has gaps in prompting, context, tone, or getting the best from NOAN day to day.
New team member onboarding
£900
A half-day session to bring new team members into your existing setup, so they can hit the ground running without slowing the rest of the team down.
Beyond the standard package.
If you want to build something specific on top of your AI foundation, that's a separate conversation. The platform's API opens up possibilities for projects like AI-powered landing pages and microsites, custom chatbots and assistants, and API-powered tools and integrations. Price
£2,750 for the full AI Operating System package.
What's not included
Your NOAN subscription is separate, paid directly to NOAN from the point of handover. Anything not listed in the package or in the extensions section above is outside the scope of the programme. If something comes up that needs a bespoke build or extended work, we'll have an honest conversation about it before any additional work begins.
Ongoing support
Teasl is a NOAN partner and Jo is a certified NOAN Expert. Even after handover, Jo remains on your account as your NOAN advisor: a safety net rather than an active presence. She can't see your day-to-day work or what your team is creating, but if you need help further down the line, she's already familiar with your setup. There's no starting from scratch.
