AI GOVERNANCE IN PRACTICE · CONSULTANCY · £4,500
The governance your AI capability needs to hold up.
An AI policy, governance framework, and risk register built specifically for your business, and embedded where your team can actually use it.
WHO IT'S FOR
For businesses that have built AI capability and now need the governance to match.
AI Governance in Practice is for business leaders who are growing fast, using AI seriously, and starting to feel the weight of getting it wrong.
You've probably got AI embedded in parts of how your team works already. Your people are confident with it. There are systems and workflows in place. But as the business has grown, so has the exposure: more data, more regulatory pressure, more people making decisions about what goes into AI tools and what comes out, often without a shared framework for what's safe, what's compliant, and what's simply your call to make.
It's designed for businesses with bigger, more structured teams, often with faster growth ambitions, where the cost of getting this wrong isn't hypothetical. GDPR, data handling, emerging AI regulation, client confidentiality, professional liability: these aren't edge cases for you, they're a live part of how the business operates.
If you've built real AI capability already and now need the governance, the structure, and the resilience to match it, AI Governance in Practice is built for exactly that stage.
THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
You don't actually know what's happening.
You don't actually know, with full confidence, what's happening across your team when it comes to AI.
Not because anyone's doing anything wrong. Your people are capable, they're using AI well in lots of cases, and they're getting on with their jobs. But as the team has grown, AI use has spread the way it always does: person by person, tool by tool, decision by decision, without anyone stepping back to build the structure that should sit underneath it.
Maybe there's a policy somewhere. A document written eighteen months ago, signed off once, never looked at since. It doesn't reflect how the team actually works now, and nobody's checking it against what's actually happening day to day.
The result is a gap between how much AI capability you've built and how much governance is actually holding it up. Most of the time, that gap doesn't show itself. But it only takes one thing: the wrong data in the wrong place, a client confidentiality issue, a compliance failure, for it to become very visible, very quickly, and very expensive.
WHAT IT IS
A consultancy programme that builds the governance your AI capability needs.
AI Governance in Practice is a consultancy programme that builds the governance your AI capability needs to actually hold up: your AI policy, your governance framework, your risk register, and a training needs analysis for your team, all built specifically around how your business actually operates.
We start with your business as it actually is, not as a blank slate. If you're already using AI tools, already have some structure in place, or already have a policy document of some kind, we work with what exists rather than starting again. The finished governance work then goes to live in one place: structured, accessible, and built to be checked against, not just written once and filed away.
That's the part that makes this different to a policy document. Once your governance is built, your team can run any piece of content or work through NOAN's Compliance Checker, in seconds, to confirm it actually meets your standards before it goes anywhere. Governance stops being something you wrote eighteen months ago. It becomes something your business checks itself against, every day, without you having to police it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Built for your business, not copied from a template.
We start with the conversations we need to understand your business, your risk landscape, and where governance currently stands: usually one or two calls, alongside a tailored survey for your wider team to surface how AI is actually being used day to day, by whom, and where the gaps are.
Your governance, built properly
Working from discovery, we build your AI policy, your governance framework, your risk register, and a training needs analysis: all specific to your business, your sector, and your actual risk exposure. Nothing generic, nothing copied from a template.
Your facts foundation
Your basic business facts get built out in NOAN, so your governance has somewhere structured to actually live and be used. As your policies and processes change, you update the facts yourself, any time: governance that stays current, not a document that goes out of date the day after it's written.
You also get an AI assistant that knows your business: not a generic chatbot, but one that answers only from your business facts. You ask, it answers, and what it tells you is always grounded in what's actually true about your business.
Two live training sessions for your team
Your team joins two 90-minute live sessions: the first on working with NOAN and generating accurate content, the second specifically on your governance and how to use it day to day. By the end, your governance isn't a document. It's a live part of how your business operates.
Thirty days of support
You have email access to me throughout the programme and for thirty days after handover. I also remain on your account as your NOAN advisor throughout: a quiet safety net, not an active presence. There's also the option to bring everything together in a closing session, if that's useful to you.
HOW IT WORKS
Four weeks, four phases.
WEEKS 1-2
01
Discovery
We start with the conversations and information we need to understand your business, your risk landscape, and how AI is actually being used across your team. You'll complete a tailored survey alongside our conversations, which surfaces the detail your governance needs to be built on: not assumptions, not guesswork.
02
Governance build
This is where the work happens behind the scenes. Your AI policy, your governance framework, your risk register, and your training needs analysis all get built: specific to your business, your sector, and your actual risk exposure. Your basic facts get built out in NOAN alongside this, so your governance has somewhere structured to live from day one.
Once the governance is built, your team has everything they need to start using it properly.
WEEKS 3-4
03
Training
Your team joins two 90-minute live sessions, one per week: the first on working with NOAN and generating accurate content, the second specifically on your governance and how to use it day to day. By the end of week four, your governance isn't a document. It's a live part of how your business operates.
04
Support
You spend the next 30 days using the platform independently, with email access throughout. I remain on your account as your NOAN advisor: a quiet safety net, not an active presence. There's also the option to bring everything together in a closing session, if that's useful to you.
When our work together ends, you have governance that's built for your business, embedded where your team can actually use it, and designed to stay current as you grow.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Governance that actually works.
- Governance that's actually yours: not a template, not a generic policy bought off the shelf, but a framework, a policy, and a risk register built specifically around how your business operates and the risks you actually face.
- A team that knows where the lines are: everyone working from the same understanding of what's safe, what needs care, and what's off-limits, without you having to police every decision yourself.
- A way to check your own work: any piece of content or output can be checked against your governance in seconds, so you know it's compliant before it goes anywhere, not after.
- Governance that stays current: as your business changes, you update your own facts. Your governance evolves with you, rather than sitting untouched until the next time something goes wrong.
- Confidence with regulators, clients, and partners: a clear, demonstrable framework you can point to for GDPR, for emerging AI regulation, for any client or partner who asks how seriously you take this.
- A genuine head start on the next stage: most businesses are still working out what AI governance even means. You'll already have it built, embedded, and working.
THE DETAILS
Price
£4,500 for the full AI Governance in Practice programme.
What's not included
Your NOAN subscription is separate, paid directly to NOAN from the point of handover. Anything not listed in the package above is outside the scope of the programme. If something comes up that would benefit from further work, we'll have an honest conversation about it, rather than assuming it's included.
Ongoing support
Teasl is a NOAN partner and Jo is a certified NOAN Expert. Even after handover, Jo remains on your account as your NOAN advisor: a safety net rather than an active presence. She can't see your day-to-day work or what your team is creating, but if you need help further down the line, she's already familiar with your setup. There's no starting from scratch.
"Six sessions in, and AI isn't just something a couple of us use occasionally any more. It's built into how the whole team works, with proper governance in place so we're not just hoping for the best. We've got Cowork running automations we'd never have built on our own, and a roadmap for what comes for our next steps."
