Three parts, one working session.

Foundations
A brief, clear, balanced run-through of the Claude basics that matter most: universal instructions, memory, and how to set Claude up to work well for you. A reset for those who have it and an introduction for those who do not.

Claude Skills
The practical core of the session. Claude Skills are reusable, customisable AI behaviours your team can build for the tasks they do repeatedly: writing, reviewing, summarising, drafting, planning. We work through what Skills are, how they sit within your Claude setup, and how to build them well.

Applied practice
Based on what your team shared with us before the session, we work through the specific use cases most relevant to your day-to-day work, building Skills around real tasks, seeing how they perform, and understanding how to keep improving them.
Governance and responsible AI use are woven through the whole session, not added as a separate module.

Every participant completes a short pre-session discovery by email. It takes less than ten minutes. Teasl asks about your team's day-to-day workflows and where Claude could make the biggest difference. Those responses shape the applied section of the session around your real tasks.

During
Two hours, delivered online. Available for your team or for cross-department teams within your organisation.

After
